Welcome to OrnaKart, operated by Ziptron Information Technology ("OrnaKart", "we", "us"). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of our site

You may use our site for lawful, personal shopping purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or infringe our intellectual property.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. A registered account must have a verified email address before it can be used to check out.

3. Products & pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handcrafted pieces carry natural variations. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any amount paid within the timelines described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payment

We accept 100% secure online prepaid payments (UPI, credit/debit cards and netbanking via Razorpay). Online payments are processed by Razorpay and governed by Razorpay's own terms; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

6. Shipping, cancellation & returns

Delivery timelines and charges are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Order cancellation and our returns/refund process are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy — both form part of these terms.

7. Coupons & offers

Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or expire without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, images, text and logos — belongs to OrnaKart / Ziptron Information Technology and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or site. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. See also our Disclaimer.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh.
